Mark Taylor- President

Mark has dedicated over 30 years to the construction industry in Houston and the surrounding areas, with a specialization in paving and utilities. His expertise extends to overseeing day-to-day activities and managing concrete construction and utility coatings in the field. Mark’s extensive experience and hands on approach make him an invaluable asset to any construction project. 
 
He has served as a member of the Houston Contractors Association since 2022. 
 
When Mark is not working, he enjoys watching his kids play sports, going to the deer lease, and traveling with his family. 

Eddie Senn- Vice President

Eddie joined M.T. Utility Services in 2021 bringing over 12 years of industry experience. His primary objections are estimating, scheduling, and purchasing. These are all crucial aspects of the construction process and his proficiency in these areas ensures that projects are completed efficiently and successfully. 
 
Eddie’s free time is filled with activities with his family. You can find them on the golf course, trying new restaurants, or hanging out with their friends. 

Alvaro Dominguez- General Superintendent

Alvaro brings over 30 years of construction experience to the company. Alvaro has a deep understanding of the industry and intricacies involved in managing and coordinating construction operations. His attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of safety regulations and protocols allows him to maintain a safe and secure jobsite. 
 
Alvaro enjoys spending time with his large family and values the close bond they share. He also loves to watch movies including a wide variety of genres, from action packed, a classic, or the latest blockbuster. He can also be found on the soccer field. He has a passion for the sport and enjoys the camaraderie that comes with the sport.  

Lana Taylor- Vice President of Business Development

Lana works with potential customers to discover new opportunities in the construction industry and maintains a good working relationship with existing customers.  Additionally, she handles the accounts payable and receivables and keeps the accounts organized to ensure they are kept up to date. 
 
Her family is her whole world. She loves to spend quality time with Mark and their kids whether it’s at the baseball field, a swim meet, making dinner together, or traveling.
